Arabica Coffee
Arabica trees need cool environment lots of moisture in order to creates high quality beans. Besides, environment and abundant of moisture, the soil in the Arabica producing areas also an important factor in providing some of the rich flavor, providing the coffee drinker with a great taste.
The Arabica trees which are now found all over the world is believed to have originated from the northeastern part of Africa and . For three times each year for about thirty years, the beans are taken from the Arabica bushes.
Robusta Coffee
The Robusta coffee needs a different type of environment from Arabica. The former typically grow in an environment that is more humid hotter. Robusta are mostly grown in Central America, portions of South America and the southeast portion of Asia. The Robusta beans are typically provides a more complex and richer flavor because it is being blended with the beans from the Arabic trees. The blending gives especial flavor to gourmet flavored coffee.
In order to preserve the flavour, the temperature when roasting the beans is paramount, so great care is usually needed during the roasting process. People from different part of the world prefer differently the way their coffee is being served. The Europeans generally enjoy the darker types of coffee and the American coffee drinkers seem to prefer the lighter version. How are you going to retain the freshness and flavor of the coffee better? It will be best to keep them in oxygen proof bags or air tight container.
